About Us
Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics is a direct primary care pediatric practice that steps away from the insurance model to foster supportive relationships and address root causes—helping children achieve true healing and healthy growth.
Heather Gallagher, CPNP-PC
Heather has been working in the field of nursing since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. As a pediatric nurse practitioner, Heather has experience in urgent care, primary care, and functional medicine, allowing her to care for children across a wide spectrum of health needs.
Heather is currently pursuing certification through the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and has completed extensive training in functional medicine through both A4M and the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has completed training, and continues to be a member of Healthy Kids Happy Kids Practitioner Membership program, created by Dr. Elisa Song, a nationally recognized integrative pediatrician and pioneer in integrative children’s health.
As the owner of Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, Heather’s greatest passion is building meaningful relationships with children and their parents. She believes true health is achieved by working together to uncover root causes and help families not just survive, but truly thrive in today’s increasingly toxic world.
When she’s not caring for patients, Heather is most often with one (or more) of her four kids—cheering at swim meets or exploring new parts of the world together. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, the love of her life, for over 25 years.
Is Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics the Right Fit for Your Family?
Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics is designed for families who are looking for something a little different from the traditional pediatric experience.
We tend to be a great fit for families who:
Value a thoughtful, relationship-based approach to care
Want time to ask questions and feel truly heard
Are interested in understanding the root causes of their child’s symptoms
Appreciate a blend of conventional, integrative, and functional medicine
Are open to a membership-based model that prioritizes access, continuity, and personalized care
We may not be the best fit if:
You prefer a fast-paced, insurance-based pediatric practice
You’re looking primarily for brief visits or quick fixes
A traditional, symptom-focused approach feels most comfortable for your family
A membership model doesn’t feel like the right choice for you at this time
