Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics exists to promote long-term health.

Your child's health is a long game, and we’d love to be on your team for all of it! We offer two memberships based on your child's age: Seeds Membership for newborns and Sprouts Membership for children who are growing. In the early days, we get to know each child, learn your family's story, and plant the seeds for a healthy future. After that first year, your baby grows into Sprouts, so your care keeps going without a gap. All prices include card processing, and we don't bill insurance, so you won't get surprise bills.

And because we love families, you'll never pay more than $300 a month, no matter how many children you bring. Whether you have two newborns or a family of five joining us for the first time, your siblings join at the Sprouts sibling rate of $83. And the intake fee is a one-time fee per family. Your family stays simple and affordable as it grows.

Seeds Package (Newborn)

Your baby’s first year is full of questions, and we want you to feel supported at every step.

First 4 months (5 visits): $670

First year (8 visits): $1,025

• AAP-recommended well visit (first 2 visits can be home visits within 8-mile radius of office)

• Direct access to my cell phone

• An initial chiropractic visit

• An airway consultation with an airway dentist

• An Airway, Feeding & Milestone Q&A with Giggle and Grow OT

• One year of the Mom's on Call baby sleep app, plus the Baby Basic Care book

• 15% off Fullscript

One-time family registration: $75

Please note sick visits are not included

Sprouts Membership

$93/month for your first child

$83/month for each sibling

$300/month maximum for your family

• Well-child visits, following the AAP schedule

• Sick visits, with no per-visit fees

• Labs reviews connected to those visits

• Direct access to me by phone or text

• 15% off Fullscript

One-time family registration: $75

Saturday visits: $15

Home visits offered within 8-mile radius by appointment only (restrictions apply)

Optional Yearly Membership:

$1000 for the first child

$950 for additional children

$3500 cap

Not ready to commit to membership? Pay-per-visit is available with a one-time $150 intake fee. There is a 3% credit card fee to all transactions.
