At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics we are happy to offer à la carte sick and well visits for children. Please note that these visits don’t include discounted supplements or in-office infusions.
An intake fee will still apply. We’re here to support your family’s needs with care and compassion.

Integrative pediatric health and functional medicine looks at the whole child, not just symptoms. We combine trusted medical care with gentle lifestyle and nutrition support, taking the time to understand why symptoms are happening—not just how to treat them. By considering how a child’s body systems work together, including sleep, stress, environment, daily rhythms, medical history, and labs, we focus on root causes and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Our approach is warm, personalized, and centered on building a strong foundation for lifelong health.

At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, we recognize that childhood vaccines recommended by the CDC, AAP, and WHO are widely studied and considered safe and effective and we respect the important role vaccines play in public health. We also believe that parents deserve a voice, time, education, and thoughtful conversation when making decisions about their child’s care. Our approach is rooted in partnership—not pressure. We support parent choice and are here to help you understand the options so you can make informed decisions that feel right for your family.
We do not administer vaccines in our clinic. If you choose to vaccinate, we are happy to provide prescriptions and guidance so your child can receive vaccines through the local health department or an urgent care center. By combining evidence-based medicine with an integrative perspective, we offer support before and after vaccination, including guidance on immune support and gentle detoxification strategies when appropriate. Our goal is to care for the whole child while honoring both science and individual needs, and we welcome these conversations during your visit.
Please note that Texas public schools require full vaccination for attendance. We do not provide medical exemption letters. Families who choose not to vaccinate may apply for an exemption for reasons of conscience through the Texas Department of State Health Services (https://co-request.dshs.texas.gov/).

At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, we take a thoughtful, whole-child approach to attention, focus, and behavior concerns. Rather than prescribing ADHD medications, we spend time looking deeper — exploring factors like sleep, nutrition, gut health, nervous system regulation, learning environment, and emotional well-being to better understand why a child may be struggling. Our goal is to support your child by addressing root contributors, building skills, and creating sustainable strategies that help them thrive at home, school, and beyond. We also understand that every family’s needs and preferences are different. If you’re looking for a more traditional or medication-based approach to ADHD management, we are happy to refer you to a trusted psychiatrist for that care. We can continue to partner with your family by providing primary care and well-child visits, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support for your child’s overall health. We believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path — and we’re honored to walk alongside your family in finding the approach that feels right for you.

As a member of Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, your child’s Well Child Exams or select Acute Care Visits are in the comfort of your own home, because sometimes the best care happens where your child feels safest.
Home acute visits are appropriate for common childhood concerns, such as mild illnesses, ear pain, sore throat, rashes, fevers (when stable), cold and flu symptoms, minor injuries, and follow-up care when clinically appropriate. Home visits are not appropriate for emergencies, significant injuries, breathing distress, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled pain, or any condition requiring imaging, procedures, or hospital-level care. In those cases, we will help guide you to the appropriate next step.
For the comfort and safety of both your family and the practitioner, we ask that home visits take place with a parent or legal guardian present in an open, well-lit shared space, such as a living room or family room. We love pets and appreciate the important role they play in family life. To allow for a focused and safe exam, we kindly ask that pets be secured in another room or outside the exam area during the visit.
Our goal is to make home visits feel calm, respectful, and supportive—bringing thoughtful, relationship-based care right to your doorstep.

Imagine pediatric care where you’re never rushed, your questions are always welcome, and your child’s provider truly knows them—not just their chart. That’s Direct Primary Care.
At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, DPC allows us to step away from the constraints of insurance and return to what pediatric care was always meant to be: relationship-based, thoughtful, and centered around your child. Instead of 10-minute visits and long wait times, your membership gives you:
Longer, unhurried appointments
Same-day or next-day sick visits
Direct access to your child’s provider via phone, text, or email
Care that looks at the whole child, not just symptoms
With DPC, you’re not wondering whether something is “worth a visit.” You’re not delaying care. You’re not navigating confusing bills or surprise charges. You’re supported. This model allows us to focus on prevention, development, nutrition, behavior, and root causes—because your child deserves more than reactive, one-size-fits-all care.
Direct Primary Care isn’t concierge medicine. It’s personalized pediatric care.

We strive to keep our membership simple, transparent, and family-friendly. There is a one-time, nonrefundable $150 administrative fee at enrollment, which helps cover onboarding and setup. We also offer discounts for families with multiple children.
Membership fees are automatically withdrawn on a monthly basis for convenience. We ask for a three-month initial commitment, after which your membership continues month to month until you choose to cancel.
If you ever need to cancel, we kindly request written notice at least 30 days in advance. Your membership will remain active through the end of the following month. For example, if notice is given on September 15, your membership would end on October 31.
We’re always happy to answer questions—our goal is to make this feel easy, predictable, and supportive for your family.
