Our membership is designed to make caring for your child's health simpler and more affordable by bundling preventive care and other valuable services into one convenient monthly plan. We require a 3 month commitment. See our membership descriptions above.

Membership and the Newborn Package include the convenience of direct communication with your provider by phone or text for non-urgent questions. While we do our best to respond as promptly as possible, response times may vary depending on clinic hours, patient care, and family commitments.

At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, we believe that caring well for our patients also means protecting time to care for our own families. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to balance both. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

If you have a minor illness and want to be seen after hours, please text 936-720-1900 and I will make every effort to see you.

If you have a question regarding your care, please send a message through the portal and it will be answered on or before the following business day. Weekend messages will be answered the following Monday during regular business hours.

A Well Child Visit focuses on your child's growth, development, and preventive care. During these visits, we'll complete age-appropriate screenings, discuss nutrition and safety, review milestones, answer your questions, and provide recommended immunizations if your family chooses. These visits are designed to keep your child healthy and thriving. Please understand that functional health concerns such as eczema, GI issues, PANS/PANDAS, ASD, ADHD are considered a different type of visit.

There is a difference between a well or sick child visit and a functional visit. A Functional Medicine Visit is designed for children with ongoing or complex health concerns that require a deeper investigation into the "why" behind symptoms. Rather than simply treating symptoms, we'll take a comprehensive look at your child's health history, nutrition, lifestyle, environmental factors, and, when appropriate, specialized laboratory testing to identify contributing factors and develop a personalized care plan.

Functional visits may be appropriate for concerns such as digestive issues, eczema, allergies, recurrent infections, behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, sleep difficulties, fatigue, headaches, autoimmune conditions, ASD, or PANS/PANDAS.

Because these visits are more in-depth, they allow time to review your child's complete story, discuss contributing factors, and create a personalized plan to support long-term health. They also may require a follow up appointment.

At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, we take a thoughtful, whole-child approach to attention, focus, and behavior concerns. Rather than prescribing ADHD medications, we spend time looking deeper — exploring factors like sleep, nutrition, gut health, nervous system regulation, learning environment, and emotional well-being to better understand why a child may be struggling. Our goal is to support your child by addressing root contributors, building skills, and creating sustainable strategies that help them thrive at home, school, and beyond. We also understand that every family’s needs and preferences are different. If you’re looking for a more traditional or medication-based approach to ADHD management, we are happy to refer you to a trusted psychiatrist for that care. We can continue to partner with your family by providing primary care and well-child visits, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support for your child’s overall health.We believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path — and we’re honored to walk alongside your family in finding the approach that feels right for you. (Note: ADHD is considered a functional visit)

As a patient of Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, your child’s Well Child Exams and Acute Care Visits can be in the comfort of your own home or if you prefer, an office, because sometimes the best care happens where your child feels safest.

Home acute visits are appropriate for common childhood concerns, such as mild illnesses, ear pain, sore throat, rashes, fevers (when stable), cold and flu symptoms, minor injuries, and follow-up care when clinically appropriate. Home visits are not appropriate for emergencies, significant injuries, breathing distress, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled pain, or any condition requiring imaging, procedures, or hospital-level care. In those cases, we will help guide you to the appropriate next step.

For the comfort and safety of both your family and the practitioner, we ask that home visits take place with a parent or legal guardian present in an open, well-lit shared space, such as a living room or family room. We love pets and appreciate the important role they play in family life. To allow for a focused and safe exam, we kindly ask that pets be secured in another room or outside the exam area during the visit.

Our goal is to make home visits feel calm, respectful, and supportive—bringing thoughtful, relationship-based care right to your doorstep.

At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics we are delighted to provide home visits within a 20-mile radius of The Woodlands. Any home outside that radius will incur a $15 travel fee.

At Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, we respect the important role vaccines play in public health. We also believe that parents deserve a voice, time, education, and thoughtful conversation when making decisions about their child’s care. Our approach is rooted in partnership—not pressure. We support parent choice and are here to help you understand the options so you can make informed decisions that feel right for your family.

We do not administer vaccines in our clinic. If you choose to vaccinate, we are happy to provide guidance so your child can receive vaccines through the local health department or an urgent care center.  By combining evidence-based medicine with an integrative perspective, we offer support before and after vaccination, including guidance on immune support and gentle detoxification strategies when appropriate. Our goal is to care for the whole child while honoring both science and individual needs, and we welcome these conversations during your visit.

Please note that Texas public schools require full vaccination for attendance. We do not provide medical exemption letters. Families who choose not to vaccinate may apply for an exemption for reasons of conscience through the Texas Department of State Health Services (https://co-request.dshs.texas.gov/).

We do not take insurance at Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics. We operate under a cash pay model. Membership pricing can be found above. You are welcome to use your HSA or FSA for our services. We can provide superbills for a la carte services only.

We ask that you give a 24-hour notice for canceling an appointment. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee. Any no shows will be charged $100.

Integrative pediatric health and functional medicine looks at the whole child, not just symptoms.
